If you are having trouble playing the video above we should note that "High Quality Video" is optimized for cable/dsl high speed modems running at full capacity. We are now glad to offer "Medium Quality Video" (access beside the video in the second box titled with the same name) to address situations where the video does not buffer cleanly.
